As a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, it is my life’s work to help other people get better mental health. I’ve worked in health care for more than 10 years, so I know how mental health can affect our work and personal lives. Mental health affects our abili- ty to do our best work and is the most important part of being healthy in all areas of our lives, including physically, emotionally, professionally, and individually.

New Patient Initial

Evaluation: $250
This is a comprehensive evaluation and review of present psychiatric symptoms, past psychiatric and medical history. This appointment may last for 60 to 80 minutes.

Medication Management

Follow up $150
This consist of a review of current symptoms, new onset of psychiatric or medical issues that may arise after the initial visit. During this visit, medication refill, update on current symptoms as well as adjusting medications can occur. This appointment may last for 25 to 30 minutes.

No Show/Late Cancellation

Fee $60
poematry, If a scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, the patient will be charged a cancellation fee. Likewise if apatient did not show for an appointment, a no show fee will be charged as well.
